b. If cancellation is done 03 days before the day of arrival – 25% retention charges is applicable.
c .If cancellation is done 02 days before the day of arrival – 35% retention charges is applicable
d. If cancellation is done 24 hrs before the day of arrival – 60% retention charges are applicable.
e. If the cancellation is done on the day of arrival, NO REFUND will be given. 100% retention charges applicable.
